Paper prince & Princess crown party hats

I had been looking around at party hats to make for my daughter's Princess Birthday Party in June and since I didn't find anything that I liked at an affordable price I decided to make them myself. The only thing that I used were heavy cardstock for the actual crown, the bottom band, the silver scalloped circle and the circle in the middle. I used regular cardstock for the name, the girls were lavender and boys were lime and regular patterend paper for the paper rosette. I made some hole punches in the back and threaded ribbon so that they can be made smaller or bigger. I really like how they turned out so unless I come up with something a lot better these are going to be the party hats for her birthday. Oh and each crown is personalized with the child's name so that they can feel special. Tomorrow I will be posting the matchbox favors for the candy buffet so be sure to come back.
